Maintenance

Megalux develops, produces and supplies high quality LED Display applications. It is not without reason that our products come with a standard 2-year warranty under normal use. Our Outdoor Displays come with a standard maintenance contract. Experience has shown that maintenance is recommended due to circumstances like cobwebs and dust. A periodical checkup at the installation is recommended. For Indoor LED Displays maintenance is possible but not necessary. And in the unlikely event that something is wrong, we are there for you. We will help you in 2 ways:

  • First, we will try to help you remotely. Our engineers will take over the control of your Display from a distance.
  • Should this not fix the problem, we will do a site visit.

We then only calculate the time spent within the warranty period. Any parts to be replaced are free of charge. We assume that the defect has occurred during normal prescribed use. If a problem occurs outside the warranty period, we will of course also help you further. We charge the time spent and any parts to be replaced. Because our products are completely modular, all components are easy to replace individually. In this way we contribute as much as possible to a better environment. We have therefore also organized the Megalux product lifecycle in a circular manner.
